& Greenberg Glass Emergency Limited (In Administration) (together "the Companies")

David Whitehouse and Philip Duffy of MCR Corporate Restructuring were appointed as Joint Administrators of Greenberg Group Limited on 28 October 2008 and as Joint Administrators of Greenberg Glass Emergency  Limited on 5 November 2008.

The affairs, business and property of the Companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators who act as agents of the Companies and without personal liability.
